I would never use this company again! I spread the word around my niegboborhood and friends not to ever call them! Was here for 1 min. and charged me 185.00. Really?? Just to shut the blower off, that somehow was put on. Thanks for the break! Found another company that would have only charged 35.00 you should be ashamed of yourself!

The office and employees were easy to communicate with. Work ethics were first rate. Prompt, efficient, and respectful of surrounding areas. I can't say enough about the quality of the work. I highly recommend the company.

Randy gave us an estimate to replace our sewer line that turned out to be too low for what the job required. But instead of asking for more money to cover his costs, he cut corners on our agreed upon services.
Our yard was left a mess - not at all graded and level and filled with rocks and roots, he did not seed which was in our estimate, our front tree was butchered- not cut- but large branches ripped and mangled, he dug out many plants in my front garden that we must replace, and broke our brand new retaining wall cracking off a large chunk. When I called him to discuss the mess he left, he was hostile and rude explaining that the job was bigger than anticipated so he wouldnt fix a single thing for us leaving us to foot the bill for all the unfinished work and ruined wall.
His error in estimating our job turned out to be our problem in every way. Instead of just paying more for a job well done (which we would have preferred!), were left with a huge mess to clean up, many expenses to cover, and his hostile attitude to top it off. Id steer clear of this company. Were beyond disappointed.
UPDATE: The company reached out after seeing this review and did come back twice to add dirt and seed the lawn.

I have had my hot water heater replaced by Randy Aiken and his team. They have come out on several occasions for emergency service including leaky pipes, faulty HVAC, etc. The response time is unbeatable. I have referred them to multiple people for plumbing and HVAC work and everyone was satisfied. Services: A/C system repair, Repair HVAC

Had a new oil burner system installed by this company. The men worked very quickly and cleanly. Had to remove old system and installed new one in the time promised. Customer service (Terri) is very kind and courteous. Explained the billing and answered any questions I had. I recommend this company highly. Services: Heating system installation, Heating system maintenance
