Stay away from this place, unless you like the sleazy 'old times' used cars dealership experience. Taking advantage of the fact that I needed a car quickly, they charged me a hefty premium for a bunch of extras saying they're required to close the deal (even though they weren't). The general manager played on my emotions and lied to me straight-faced. My bad, should have walked away as soon as I got the first hint of foul play. Don't make the mistake I made by shopping there

Bought my 2023 titan at a dealership out of state, (due to price and desired model). Had leak of pw steering fluid while in my garage. Contacted this dealership while I was explaining issue, they put me on hold then disconnected me. So I called arlington heights nissan and they proceeded to send a tow and bring it in immediately. Quite a difference in service. Moral of the story, don't buy or deal with glendale heights nissan.
