Where to begin? These are just cosmetically renovated units from the 60s, meaning youve got noisy, broken plumbing, office building ceiling tiles in the upstairs (which leak through and create places for black mold), the roofs are all crumbling. Both our neighbors on either side of us had a roof cave-in. One from the AC bursting through the roof, and the other from the rains. And the cockroaches. They are a yearly problem it seems, and maintenance did nothing to fix the issue besides fumigate single units, even though theyre all connected. Go figure. New management took over the site and immediately decided to jack prices up as soon as they got there, and take away everyones 2nd parking spot (something everyone signed a lease and paid to have.) Just run. The price (even if youre getting an unrenovated unit) is nowhere near worth it. Moved as soon as I could.

Terrible complex. Furniture and repair 60-ies of the last century. Ancient technology, the same age as my grandmother. The kitchen and bathroom are just awful, dirt, mold. The complex runs cockroaches, which no one poisons. Smoking is not allowed on site, but inside the complex is constantly smoked, including grass. Recently changed owner and immediately increased prices and changed the rules of the lease for the worse.

Manager is a rotten woman who yells at kids for playing in the pool. She's evil and discriminates against other races! If your kid jumps in the pool and water splashes they will be ban from the building and pool... wow!
