ISI Translation Services has been my team's translation vendor for over 10 years. But more than a vendor we consider them our partners. We have built a great professional - and personable - relationship with the Project Managers, who are the people actually doing the work, keeping close communication at all times.
We have worked closely in several -high stakes - projects in a variety of functions ranging from translations, proofreading, and most importantly quality control. Over the years they have proven their excellence in what they do, by providing above and beyond high-quality, and consistent on-time delivery of documents and translation requests.
From my perspective, their core value is driven by customer satisfaction, which is seen by their constant improvement of processes and systems to serve their clients the right way, making sure they have a better experience, and meeting/exceeding their needs.

ISI language Solutions is an amazing group of people.
Our department is so compliance driven, the people at ISI worked with us so we can get all our translations back in a timely manner, resulting in never being out of compliance with the translations.
Our department is compliance driven and I have had the privilege to work with ISI Language Solutions on multiple projects.
The employees at ISI Language Solutions is dedicated to getting all translations back in a timely manner. For my department, that means that the information sent to our members is not out of compliance. They truly understand the meaning of expedited.
ISI, always makes sure they have someone or on call there 7 days week 365 days, which helps us when an expedited case comes in over a holiday or weekend, it is very important that we be able to get an expedited translation done and back on the same day.
