Had her firm do our taxes, both small business and personal, for about 6 years until we were summarily dismissed as clients because they wanted to focus on a core group of business owners.  That is fine but since they never bothered to change my address in their database it went to our old house we sold two years ago and didn't get word of this until the end of February.  Sloppy.

The best part about using this company's services is that the accountants here always keep you in check about the progress and that way you always feel very relaxed during the process. The charges applied by this company are always very reasonable too.
