State Farm is no different then any other insurance company , they treat their customers who pay on time just like anyone else when it comes to paying out a claim , they ignore you or lie to you or just plain dont care . DO NOT PAY EXTRA CUZ YOU THINK HTEY ARE BETTER < THEY ARE NOT ANY BETTER GO TO GEICO OR PROGRESSIVE save some money and you may even be treated better
