The Dr sent me to get a vein test done. Two weeks after the test I hadn't hear anything back from the DR or anyone else. I call to to get results and was told they would not give the results to me over the phone and that I would have to make an appointment to see the DR. I don't want to pay another DR visit just for him to tell me the results. Why couldn't they tell me over the phone? At least they could tell me if there is a concern or if everything looks Ok. I seems they are more concerned with their profit than helping patients. I am going to look for a new Dr and make sure if I get sent for a test that they will give me the results over the phone without having to pay for another office visit. Now I am trying to get my records. We'll see how that goes. I'm not holding my breath!

Dr. Ripple hands down is one if the most efficient, kind and skilled surgeons I've had the pleasure of seeing. You would be in the best of hands with this group of surgeons and office personnel!
