Very bad experience to be honest

I arrived with one person in line before me, and proceeded to wait nearly 10 minutes before someone acknowledged the person in front of me. They were roughly 9 people working. We watched the workers packTogo door dash/Uber eats meals for 10 minutes, until there was a line out the door, once the line was out the door they proceeded to greet the customers waiting and taking our orders. No one acknowledged anyone standing in line, not to mention there was a younger woman who was doing the rice/chow Mein section, she had a star sticker in the middle of her forehead she was rolling her eyes at customers and when I proceeded to ask for a mangers name so I could call back at a later time, she screamed from behind the counterwhy do you need a managers information anyways , you got your food. The assistant manager was there, an older woman who hears the entire conversation, and the employee , and said absolutely nothing. Im not exactly sure what we walked into , but the atmosphere/ vibe was not it, and neither was the customer service and to have a line of customers out the door, while you pack Uber eat delivery orders who arent not even there, for 10 consecutive minutes is beyond crazy, especially when Im paying almost $40 for 2 people to eat.
