      image I have called every number they have and the dont answer. I have been with 1 Mad several years at 66 th olive . This phone system is awful. Why dont you answer the phone. Waiting 10 mins. At a time waiting. Did you close up shop?!?!?!

      image Stopped by to see about changing PCP's. Unfortunately I wasn't very impressed with the two gentlemen at the front desk. Not very friendly or helpful. So I left and will have to look elsewhere.

      image They have the most incompetent personal working. Im still waiting on a phone call from the assistant director to call me from Monday and today after my insurance made an appointment yesterday for a blood test today they have rescheduled for a later date. This has happened too many times.Go figure it was Humana that scheduled the appointment.

      image Horrible place. Unresponsive to inquiries (including a request for cancer treatment referrals), ignorant of HIPAA (including the receptionist giving a patient detailed lab results over the phone in the lobby where everyone could hear), you may have an appointment and be told hours or even minutes beforehand the doctor will not be in the office, and the doctor pulls down his mask to talk to you.
