I really love this furniture show case of Amazing pieces to fully furnish your home! It is a place I will continue to shop at. The two ladies that helped us were so so friendly and patient with us and we appreciate their kindness!! Janet and Olivia have Great customer service and we want to say Thank you very much!! Michele help us as well and she was as well helpful too!!

DAMAGE CAUSED BY DELIVERY PERSON: I purchased 2 Voss reclining sofas from Scandinavian Designs at this location. They were on order and arrived slightly sooner than anticipated. After the sofas were delivered my husband and I discovered that the delivery person had torn a hole in our rug when positioning one of the sofas. I notified the store salesperson, Janet, and store manager, Todd immediately. Todd assured me that they would take responsibility and would be replacing my rug. This went on for 7 1/2 weeks, with me having to contact them weekly and Todd still assuring me they would be responsible. They decided they were not going to take responsibility for the damaged rug. Their insurance carrier took the word of the delivery person that he did not cause the damage and the store manager was unwilling to step up even though he knew it was wrong. I am left with a damaged rug. This was a $1,075 wool rug that will cause them to have this bad review from a retired Interior Designer. Such a ridiculous way to run a business. Shame on you SCANDINAVIAN DESIGNS!

We loved the showroom! We finally selected 2 leather bar stools with backs that are perfect for our remodeled kitchen! Also a dual black and white vase set with cotton plant arrangements. The service was extraordinary and the furniture was available very promptly. We could not be happier. Very modern and comfortable!

While I didn't walk away with a purchase, my experience at Scandinavian Designs deserves a resounding 5-star review. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was met with warm and genuine hospitality. The staff, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly without a hint of pressure.
They took the time to showcase different pieces and highlighting features that aligned with my vision. Even though I ultimately didn't find the perfect fit this time, their expertise and dedication left a lasting impression.
What truly sets Scandinavian Designs apart is the exceptional customer service. They weren't just focused on making a sale; they were genuinely invested in helping me find the right furniture for my space. This level of care and understanding is rare and truly commendable.
I left the store feeling valued and informed, even without making a purchase.
I will absolutely be back to Scandinavian Designs in the future. Their commitment to quality, design, and most importantly, exceptional customer service, makes them a standout in the furniture industry. Thank you for exceeding my expectations, even without a sale!
