I am updating my response to this place from them selling me a lemon 2013 Kia soul that had a hefty price tag on keeping it somewhat capable of daily use. This company knew the car was no good selling it at Peoria Kia Dealership. So recently this company had a random lady come to my knew house address after I didnt logins them my new address or permission to come to new house. Its bad they harass you and invade your privacy on top of that add extra fees for a car they collected and have in their possession. Now I have to do extra stuff to fight this Justice Branch Summons they sent me to try and hustle and blackmail me out of 8 grand . Please dont use this company they act like hamsters in their practices and their lawyer a joke filing this motion.

Life is hard as it is but since the end of 2019 until today when I paid off my vehicle through Western American they have always had my back. They went above what any other loan company has ever done for me and Im grateful. I cant express how amazing this group of agents are and how they have worked with me for a total of 4.5 years, but it is finally all said and done thanks to their compassion. If youre with them and youre having issues call them, keep in touch with them & dont go silent.

The ladies at the office are wonderful. Each time I call in they are so helpful and make me feel such a sigh of relief. Ive had some financial difficulties lately because of my mental health and they have worked with me each time. Im grateful this company took my loan out and that I have them. You guys are awesome!
