It's too bad there isn't a lower rating...this company is predatory. They hire ex-cons and undocumented workers and then don't pay them. Most of them have no recourse so they continue to come to work in the hopes that they will be paid. The owner is unethical in both professional and personal dealings and claims to be a Christian. She is the biggest con of all. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

BEWARE! The help is great, but the management sucks! The turn over is high and they don't secure your house keys. I have had approx. 8 different people assigned to my house in the past 6 months. I was never told that people I didn't know would be entering my home, without my approval. They also bill against your account without you prior approval!!!!! BEWARE!

STG is a family business, created by a husband and wife. The business is a front. STG is the most poorly ran business I have ever seen! The Wife, better KNOWN as Tamica Goree, is a CON ARTIST, A LIAR, and runs her business very poorly. She degrades her employees, by getting upset with them, and paying them in all pennies. She will short a payroll check Quick with no real reason, then make the person wait 2 additional weeks for pay. The pay is poor and the work is very hard. She does not have simple respect for people in general. As a former employee of STG, I would not hire the company for services. They dont take the time to background checks on the people she hires. And most if not all of the employees are UNDOCUMENTED, non english speaking people, and ex cons. The customers they do have are never happy with services, and complain VERY often about poor cleaning done and being over charged on a regular basis. STG is not a good employer or business!!! Take your $$ elsewhere and look somewhere else for a job, unless working for FREE is what you enjoy. I really hope this review helps people who are considering STG for services , employment, or just honesty. NOT THE PLACE.
