Worst service ever. Direct TV contract and was without TV for 2 weeks because they didn't have an appointment opened. Then I Had an apt that they were 2 hours later than the already ridiculous 4 hour window. Then the guy didn't have the proper equipment and had to come back the next day. So fast forward 4 months later, the dish he installed fell over and they don't even have the respect to return a phone call. Been calling and leaving messages with Diane for 2 days and nobody will call back. Horrible costumer service, but what do you expect from Direct Tv and associates.
Then the last time I called I made the lady call her boss directly and the GENERAL MANAGER was to busy to be bothered on a Sunday (probably watching TV) and said ewww 4 months our work is only guaranteed for 90 days. Not our problem.
