We just had work completed on a two sided recliner couch whose frame had broken, resulting in damage to the leather. On-site was responsive, thorough, and the repair to the leather is so well done that we can barely see where the damage was. Not only did they reinforce the one side, they did both for extra measure. Extremely pleased with the Staff and workmanship at On-site. Would highly recommend.
