      image Matt the manager at this bank was unprofessional and non helpful. Because I came in the bank with a $6000 check he did not want to help. People of colors stay away for this bank.

      Was having issues that seemed to linger working through PNC telephone & chat customer services so figured I should stop in a branch for help. Judy knew what the issue was, came up with a temporary and a permanent solution for me. You can tell she cares and has learned just about everything over her 33 years at PNC.
