The technician, Tom was able to arrive early and was very professional and friendly during the service. He was able to fix our issue quickly. He also made an additional suggestion for better balance of the garage door and all of this was done for just the flat rate. Will call this company in the future for any such needs.

Rip-off with no ethics. Got a quote for a new garage door. The quote (per the verbiage in the agreement) was supposed to be good for 30 days. Called them a couple of weeks after (well within the quote duration) only to have them not honor the quote and try to charge an extra 20% due to “price increase” when I stated I had a written and signed quote that states it is good for 30 days they responded they can cancel quote any time. Unethical! No thank you- the company won’t even honor a signed quote how would you trust them to back a warranty or product. I will take my business elsewhere instead of trying to be charged $500+ more than what I was quote. Their signed paperwork is worthless and I’m sure so is there service.

Our door broke right as we were leaving for vacation, of course. I held off, then emailed 11pm on July 4th. Roland was out, fixed the door, and completed by 10am July 5th. We will eventually need a new door as ours is old, but he did a great job of fixing the hardware and putting in a temporary fix for our current. Thank you SO much!

My garage door wouldn’t open when I got home from work. Called and left a message for ASAP. I was called promptly the next morning and scheduled a technician to fix my door. Amanda was fantastic scheduling my appt. she was courteous, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Tim came out to fix my door. He was on time and also very pleasant and knowledgeable. After about 45 minutes both broken springs were replaced. He adjusted and cleaned the opener and track. Everything is up and running again and I couldn’t be happier. This is the 2nd time I’ve used these guys (first time was to replace a snapped cable) and I will continue to use them moving forward. Very professional from top to bottom. Made my BS garage door problem go away quickly and didn’t hurt the wallet at all. We’ll done ASAP….
