      image First experience renting a vehicle due to storm damage. I can't recommend this company. Branch was completely disorganized as were the people running it. They have plates mixed up. Received a toll violation in Texas for a vehicle that was sitting in our driveway at the same time validated by our security cameras. In 12 days we put less than 200 miles on the vehichle. Texas 939 is 800 miles and 12 hours from our address. Camera shows the vehichles in our driveway at 1:30 pm and citation was issued at 3:30 pm. Given a dozen phone numbers and talked to a dozen people..the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Never again.
