In this location today for the first time, I am a business owner in this area as well as in Atlanta. I had a few vehicles shipped up from Atlanta and I wouldn’t have them looked at because I live in Ferndale in this op shop. I asked the gentleman to start putting air in my tires and only came out why are you stopping here for air when you can get it from Royal-Farms for free he was very disrespectful and very insidious. I kindly told the guy to stop putting air in my tire so that I could leave my problem with this is we do over $100,000 a year in auto service and have amazing relationships across all business genres in Maryland. This is truly his loss and you never know who you’re chasing away. Our future work is not promised to us. We earned it with every smile, every good deed, and every chance to work. I wish this guy all the best.
