"Priority Partners used to be a good company until it changed ownership a few years ago. Now, they limit critical medicines (insulin, syringes, and denying payment to providers for blood work for those of us with a history of heart failure). It seems they are doing this so that they can offer other useless savings and perks to make a name for themselves. I will definitely be looking for a new MCO."

Called customer service and spoke with Nia, the easiest and quickest call Ive had with Priority Partners. She was great.

It is a good insurance since it has covered almost everything that my daughter has needed, even up to a Disabled walker since she has a condition and health problems. It is also one of the most accepted insurances. I give four stars because if the customer service Clients need more training since you call with a question and then you call again and they give you different information.
