If zero was a rating, thats what it would be. Extremely rude older ladies working there. Told me to take my kid to the car, (hes autistic), because he was annoying the other customers. THEY NEED SHUT DOWN

The older lady working there was EXTREMELY racist.. took every white customer before they finally took me, then proceeded to tell me theyre closing and cant take me.. we live in 2023.. why is racism still a heavy topic. Had a bad attitude while I was calm and collected. Will never go back. If you have the opportunity to go to a different chase. Id do that. This place needs closed. DISGUSTING

great bank to do business with...employees are very nice and polite...THIS BANK WATCHES OVER YOUR...MONEY....MAKES ME HAPPY..... EVERY TIME I BANK. OR.......DO BUSINESS.... THERE.......

When you have to deal with chase bank on the phone, it's downright infuriating. I would not suggest chase to anyone, to many options to bank with to deal with this bank
