Minus one star if it was possible. I have never needed to file a claim, but now when I do have a claim, they acknowledged the claim being received but have become unresponsive. For this reason I will be cancelling all policies with Allstate. I'm not in good hands with Allstate!

I originally signed up with Allstate online, but wasn't sure of my choices for coverage so I decided to stop into the Blake's office in hopes of getting help with this new auto policy. As a new customer and my first time coming into the office I was a bit hesitant because I didn't want to end up being persuaded to pay for stuff I really didn't need and couldn't afford, but I quickly found out I had nothing to worry about. Michael and Holly were great! They welcomed me in and stopped what they were doing to help me almost immediately. Holly explained my auto policy to me in a way I could understand everything I had signed up for and also gave me some other options that better suited my needs, which was very nice. When I left their office I was thankful I had chose to stop by the office. They both were a big help and now, I can't imagine going anywhere else for my auto insurance. It's always a plus knowing that if I ever have a question or concern regarding my policy, all I have to do is call or email Holly and she'll get back to me fast. Great communication and correspondence! Never talk to an automated customer service agent again!
