image Our original review is below but we wanted to follow with an update based on an experience we had last summer:
On a Friday morning in July, we noticed our A/C unit was blowing white smoke so we immediately cut the power to it and called NB Rogers. Nick (NB) himself came out to investigate (I think some engineers were on vacation) the issue and found the A/C fan motor had died. He spent quite a bit of time on his cell phone with the manufacturer. (Not mentioning them because this update is about NB Rogers and not them) Nick told us that the local distributors did not have a replacement motor and due to supply chain issues, it may take 5-7 days to get a replacement unit. We were not happy since it was very hot. Nick was not happy either and very apologetic and said he would keep trying by asking the distributor to pull a motor from a whole A/C unit on the warehouse floor waiting to be sold even though they don't like to do that. He said he would email/call to keep us in the loop. He called us Saturday and told us he had not received any updates from the manufacturer and that he would check on Monday. But we should plan for maybe Wed/Thu at best. Well, he called us early Monday morning to tell us that the replacement was delivered to their office. The manufacturer did not tell NB Rogers that they were sending it. He came right over to install it himself. It was very hot and I think Nick was very tired at the end of it all - just my opinion. The manufacturer delivered even if they didn't communicate very well. In the end, this is an illustration of a good company and an owner who stands behind their service/support. Again, we are very happy that we chose NB Rogers and have/will highly recommend them.

We would like to share our experience with NB Rogers.
We would highly recommend NB Rogers.
They replaced our 30-year-old Heater/AC in Nov 2021.
We started with multiple companies and NB Rogers was recommended by a friend who was very happy with their work.
We chose NB Rogers because their proposal was the most thorough and gave us the most options when it came to the different levels of HVAC system costs/efficiency that would meet our budget.
We were able to select the models that provided us cost savings on our future utility bills at a good initial investment.
Our install was in November 2021, and we have already seen a drop in both electric/natural gas usage of greater than 20% from the same periods last year. We are really hoping for a similar savings when the summer gets here, and we need to use our new A/C.
Nick and his team are great to work with and answered all our questions quickly to help us make our decisions.
The install was completed quickly and professionally. The engineers were very experienced and ensured everything was done properly and all debris and old equipment was removed.
They include a multi-year premium support package as part of the install that is above the normal product warranties which is great piece of mind.
We are very happy we chose a great local company like NB Rogers. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC

They installed a Mitsubishi split AC unit for me, and also completed a service repair on my Carrier brand air conditioner unit. Both times the technicians were very knowledgeable and professional.
