Installed this at my moms house and its a great door and I have her friends asking me what door it is and where they can get it. Great screen doors.

Like many others that have commented here, i purchased a replacement screen door and the roller assembly was not deep enough for the track on my door. So the poorly designed EZ metal adjustments top and bottom both rubbed on the vinyl edges causing it to stick when trying to open or close. Company website has no contact info, (gee wonder why). I returned it to Home Depot.

Installed a Su Casa model door from Unique Designs, purchased from Home Depot. The mesh screen became unattached. Door looks awful and is useless for security. Home Depot is no help. Cant locate mfr. WOULD NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! JUNK!!

Bought The Arcada and the Meridian Security doors from Home Depot. Brought them home and installed them both. Was forced to move the Arcada and when I tried to, the one way bolts that secure them to the house we're too hard to get out so I had to cut off the strike side jam that came with the door. Posted a question on home depot website asking if anyone knew how to get another door jam. The actual company answered the question saying that they did not offer parts for the doors but that they might be able to salvage a door jam from a return. No guarantees. I called them and they checked and they did have one for me and asked me my address. Jeff in customer service said that they would mail it to me and when I asked him how much he said "no charge".
Sure there are other options for me to make a door jam but it wouldn't be THE door jam that came with the door. I am thankful for someone (jeff) at the company who is answering questions posted on line about their products. Customer service is really important to me and even though it was my error in ruining the first door and no obligation on their part to assist me, they went out of their way to help me. That feels good.
About the door itself. Solid sound when closing it. Feels strong and secure. Easy directions to install them. Took me all of 30 minutes to install them. Both doors were slightly bowed in the middle when I got them out of the box but I was able to put enough pressure on the area to slowly bend it back to straight. I am 6'7" and 375 lbs and it wasn't easy by any stretch of the imagination to accomplish this. Thank you for your time
