The clerk logged 20+ of my packages as 'Delivered to PO box' as the first scan instead of 'USPS in Possession of Item'. Now my customers all think I'm trying to scam them because the packages were logged incorrectly. I've had to field messages for the last two weeks non-stop about this issue. This is a repeat issue and not the first time this has happened. I spoke with a representative on the phone last week about a few of my packages and she was going to call me back with further information. It has been 7 days since and I have received no call back. I called the USPS hot line today for help and the messaging system is not user friendly.

Dirty dirty shameless employees here. I mailed 20 packages out here ground service they returned them to me used the labels and charged me and then tried to charge my card an extra 50$ extra on 20 orders. Yes 1000$!!! Dirty Dirty people here if that would have went through and my card they would be in court. A male employee sliced open my package and the customer asked about it I told her the clerk did it she is also contacting the postal inspector to report him.

I walked in on a Wednesday around 3PM and this place was packed. It looked like they only had one guy at the counter and around 20 people in line. I opted for the self serve kiosk but that was still a 20 minute wait as several people attempted to get their chip on the credit card to read. Evidently the chip reader was broken. Luckily I was able to use a NFC payment and complete my transaction. I felt bad for all the others who had to wait in line.

The staff at this post office has always been friendly. I often Go in and use the kiosk to mail my packages. At Christmas time however, I did wait in line at the window and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The lady at the window was very kind and friendly.
