I cannot say enough good things about Falconer Funeral Home, and Carmen, specifically. Carmen was so communicative through the entire process, explained everything so well, was available any time to answer questions, and made me feel as comfortable as possible during such a terrible time. Im not sure if we were the only service they were dealing with at that time, but I surely felt like the only one. As much as you would expect someone in this industry to become desensitized to death and pain, I felt an overwhelming amount of compassion and empathy from Carmen every step of the way.

I am deeply mortified by the substandard quality of the funeral service conducted for my late grandfather. The funeral celebrant exhibited a significant lack of respect throughout the service. I am still taken aback by his repeated misidentification of my grandfather by an incorrect name on three separate occasions. Furthermore, the majority of the celebrant's remarks centered on himself and his own experiences rather than honoring the life of my grandfather. The overall tone of the service was profoundly discomforting, leaving me incredulous that such conduct could be permitted in a solemn setting. The celebrant's actions and disrespectful words even led to my great aunt becoming emotional, despite our explicit wishes being disregarded. In summary, the service was a glaring failure on multiple fronts, indicative of an unacceptable standard. I strongly advise against utilizing this service and caution others against spending their funds here.

I never would have thought that I would need the services of a Funeral Home at this time of my life. With my wife's sudden passing i was put into this position. At Falconer Funeral Home the Staff was professional, compassionate and understanding. Everything was done in a timely manor and made this experience a little less painful.
