I shop this Gilbert location often as it is close to my house, but may drive further to get better service next time. We have been looking for a dishwasher and after looking in store and online we decided on a Bosch. I noticed that the price online was $140 more than the price in-store so I called the store and they said to get the cheaper price I needed to come into the store and do a special order. It was worth it to me, so I came back in store and roamed the appliance section for over 20 minutes trying to get someone to help me. Two guys were sitting over by the cabinet section just chatting and saw me walk by several times with no assistance. I finally asked another worker going by if he could get someone to please help me in the appliance section. He called overhead and 10 minutes later still no one showed up. I will be going elsewhere to buy my dishwasher. This location lost a sale close to $1000 due to complete lack of service :(
