Susan was great! She spent time listening to my ideas, likes and dislikes. I gave her my house plan and she was able to arrange my potential choices. Her being able to do that saved me from making a choice that would never have properly fit in my home. She was honest about lead times which also allowed me to make decision. Susan was polite professional and easy to work with. She listened to us and adjusted quickly to learn our preferences.
We found several options and were able to make a beautiful purchase. When the size we had ordered need to be changed she made it happen quickly and willingly.
