I lived in the community between azul and borrego for 6 years only to end up with a roach infested apartment that management did very little about. We had requested to be fogged several times to deal with the issue and all that was ever done was having Burns lay out traps and poison which did nothing.
Then we were kicked from the community so they could remodel. When speaking to management about waving the last 7 days of our rent to atone for the roach issues; they refused to do so and insisted on fogging us instead when we only had a week left on our lease.
They dragged their feet and we had to deal with the issue ourselves first hand.
Next time yall are gonna say youll deal with a roach infestation properly; dont wait until the last week of our lease to come around.
I used to love this community but after time, they reduced their services, stopped food trucks, and events were far and few between.
My question is, if you cut your services, kick your residents to remodel by slapping new paint and wood on everything, and charge even more; how are we not being swindled? Paying more for less? Please.

I have been here almost 2 years now and my experience here has been great. The staff are great as well especially Kendall. She helped us with our move in and has been a great help every since. She is always friendly, have a smile on her face and eager to help when anyone come in the office.

I have been here for almost two years. My experience here has been wonderful. Kendall has been an awesome and delightful person who has helped with questions or situations that had risen. I have no complaints at all about my stay here.
