M5 has been terrific in taking care of our networking and computer needs. They helped us with a networking problem that occurred as we added more computers several years ago that another vendor was unable to address adequately. M5 rescued us. We are a dental office so we also needed encrypted email, hourly back up, HIPPA compliant service, hardware, hardware updates and on going service to keep us running. They provided all those things. They are the best. I would give them more than 5 stars if that was an option.
