Farmers has had my insurance needs for 30 years or so. A recent windstorm caused damage over my entire
roof. Upon calling Farmers, Carlie A became my Claims Adjuster. We set up a time for her to assess the damage which was a couple days after the first call. She came at the appointed time, took her time on the roof and came down to explain it all. She thoroughly went over each item that was to be repaired and the steps I could expect and when I could expect payment. This went seemlessly!
