The worse back I have every had in 60 years! Online messes up then you end up making two payments??? Call for help people to young and seem like they dont like their job??? Time to changed banks after being with BBVA for 20 years!

Ive had some bad customer service experiences in my lifetime, PNC probably tops them all. The manager, Bridget Cooper, is who they have chosen to represent their branch, and she was incredibly condescending and rude when I came to her in order to get a basic problem solved. This problem involved thousands of dollars they were holding and had taken over three weeks thus far to get any kind of solution or clear answer that wasnt immediately conflicted by another employee. My account is already closed by this point, but if youre reading this and debating whether you should do business with this bank, I cannot state more emphatically that it is a mistake you will regret. They cost me thousands in lost revenue due to being unable to get money for my business from them in time, and this branch has awful staffing almost across the board. Run away screaming.
