Canceled 2 times on the day of my appointment. Called the second time because last minute they said they dont take my insurance. (I dont know why they didnt tell my this after the first appointment scheduling) the lady on the phone was rude and had bad customer service. And when I said thank you she just hung up?? Who does that?

This place is a joke, don't waste your time! 40 min wait on the phone and even longer when you show up to the office. The care they offer is below average.

I had scheduled my appointment 1.5 weeks out. Filled out all of the necessary paperwork and sent in copies of my insurance card and drivers license as requested. As I am pulling into the parking lot for my appointment I received a phone call telling me that they had to cancel my appointment because my insurance company requires a referral in order to be seen at their office. I walked in and spoke to the receptionist and asked why I wasnt told in the days and weeks leading up to my appointment to which she had no answer.
They are very disrespectful to their patients and potential patients. Waiting until minutes before my scheduled appointment time is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable to tell me I needed a referral. I had to find a sitter for my young child and drove all the way to their office from my home. When all they had to do was call me and let me know what I needed so I could get the referral. I DO NOT recommend them as they dont value you as a patient.

Dr. Chen is is very thorough and takes the time to explain her procedures.
UPDATE - Dec 2023 - after 2 years out of the country, we returned & could not get an appointment in a reasonable timeframe. The person on the phone who sets appointments was very rude.
Unfortunately, we had to go elsewhere. Sorry, Dr. Chen - we tried to get an appointment with you.

Not the place to go if you value your time
I showed up at 1:25 to my 1:40 appointment I signed up online before the appointment but they told me they would need to call me up for something as I was a new patient. I waited about 15 minutes and asked when/if they would call me up. They told me that had not gotten to me yet to check in. I waited another 20 minutes till about 2:00 pm and asked again and they got me checked in. Then I asked how much longer the wait was and they told me the wait would be probably another 30 to 40 minutes. They asked me to come to my appointment 15 min early and in reality I was not going to be able to get called into a room till 2:30 or 2:40, I had to leave since I had a sick child at home and someone needed to pick my other child up from school, waiting an hour to just get into the room with the dr is not something I had planned.
