Experience is either good or bad depending on the day and who's working, some of the staff are nice and then a majority are rude for zero reason. Hopefully you enjoy surprises too because you may wait 1 minute or 5 minutes at the window just to be even more surprised when part of your order is wrong.

Ordered medium dark roast at the drive-thru...quality decreasing every order I place due to inconsistency. Since McDonald's coffee is much better, this is probably the last purchase at TH.

The employee was not wearing a mask and said she wasnt allowed to throw out my last cup of coffee rather rudely Ive gone to multiple Tims locations and they have never given me this problem. I understand if it is their policy and I personally do not believe in masks but if this girl was not wearing a mask and not obeying the mask mandate what made her obey the not throwing out the old cup of coffee rule?
