This company stated they could mow my grass then called me to tell me my grass was too tall to cut?? How does a lawn company say your grass is too tall to cut, shouldnt they have the equipment to do all lawns. Waste of time for me!

Used them for fall cleanup of leaves. Quotes me 125.00 and then charges me 250.00 stating that the email shows that. Explained that most business I trust what they are saying overnphone and never stated this but it does say 125.00 on quote in Email too. Guess how convenientt its in a Email later and not up front. She then states its 50.00 per man they use. Plus 50.00 for haul off and 60.00 a hour. My ring door bell clocked them at a hour a half. And my yard is not by any means big enough for 5 grown men to have to do. When me and my son did it in less than 2 hours. But i have been in hospital and needed the help. Very dissapointed 250.00 is outrageous plus my son already did partial the yard and had 10 bags lined up in driveway. Service: Garden tidy-up

ROYAL LAWN SERVICE is a Joke and if you have a nice or pristine lawn or want one, don't let them cut your grass! They will ruin your lawn. They will tear up your lawn and will not provide proper support to fix their issues. The problems start with Nicole (a self-proclaimed president of the company). Since I have allowed them to cut my Lawn, it looks terrible where they trim it and use the weed eaters. Look at the reviews from other customers you will see the same issues. They trim the edges down to the dirt and it's so bad that it kills the grass along the edges and causes weeds to grow. My yard was pristine when I handed it to them. Nicole is argumentative, she cancels my services, delays my cuttings, and then makes up lies as to why they did not cut my grass, when her team gets behind. She is loud and obnoxious, and does not work with you to fix the problem, but charges you additional fees to fix the problems she created with cancellations. Customer service is terrible and she just wants the money. She up-charges you to bag your yard due to her fault. She is a terrible business manager and customer service rep. I recommend you find a better yard service provider. She is nothing but trouble and ROYAL LAWN IS TERRIBLE AND SHOULD NOT DO BUSINESS IN LEES SUMMIT! Service: Lawn mowing/maintenance

I just received the worst service from Royal. Our agreement was to mow, weed-eat, and edge my lawn. From the attached photos you can see the only thing they accomplished was the mowing…and that was even sub-par. I had to call their office several times to get the situation addressed because they would not return my call. I finally got the office manager, Nicole, to call me back. She sent their field manager to drive by our house. He apparently told her that all the work was appropriately completed. I don’t know what their definition of edging is but this is definitely not it! I would never use this company again nor recommend anyone else use them given their poor service, lack of response, and horrible quality control. Service: Lawn mowing/maintenance

I have had outstanding lawn care and could not be more pleased with Royal Lawn Service. I've been monitoring the lawn across the street for some time now and based on results I hired Royal. My results have been spectacular! I also decided to have a Hydrawise irrigation system added and truth be told it hasn't been there for long and I find it very fun to use, I'm like a child with a new toy and I don't miss fussing with hoses and timers that need constant replacement. My grass looks fantastic all the time. I had the fall clean up and my yard looks like a carpet- it's amazing and has never looked so good. I'm never changing lawn care companies, not ever! Thank you Royal! You are fantastic and I can't thank you enough! Services: Seeding, Irrigation system repair/maintenance, Weed control, Garden tidy-up
