Hello Mr Berkovich,Thank you for your feedback and information regarding. In the future please ask for a manager or the owner. We are more prepared to assess the issue, gain a game plan and make things right. When you rent equipment it is not the equipment you desire, it is the results of a good experience and completion of your job. I review your feedback with my sales associates, gathered a game plan, had him call you back. I gathered my yard team, manager in the department and the mechanic that services that equipment. Together, we reviewed the #27 aerator then proceeded to all the other units to insure they are 100% and or sent to the shop. I was please to find our last tool box meeting of proper service was completed on all of the aerators but found a few (not available units to replace with) were under performing. We ordered the parts necessary to make them 100%. I appreciate your business and I am sorry you had a less than desirable experience. The “wide” aerator you had rented is not made any longer only narrow. Being a homeowner myself I appreciate the wide aspect of this aerator and thus elected to keep them and rebuild the units to have an edge over my competitors. The units rented locally at say, Home Depot etc are like my new aerators, narrow. Please look me up upon your return when you get your next aerator, as I instructed your sales associate to give you a day free and for you to see me upon your return to rent equipment.
