Great apartment at reasonable price.Location is very good. It's very close to Toyota plant and Walmart. Schools having good rating are very close to the apartment also. Also School bus have stoppage at Oaks apartment. Staffs are great, they always try to resolve any issue asap. Apartment is very safe and clean with enough parking space. Gym , swimming pool and play ground area is very nice. I am living here for more than year and I love this complex.

Loved living here! This complex is very nice and has some of the nicest office staff I have ever met. They have always been quick to answer my questions and were warm and welcoming! Love the pool area and location is very safe! Pricing is also great for what you get and a lot cheaper than most other apartments in the Georgetown area on comparison to amenities and safety! I loved this place so much that if i could have picked it up and moved it to Lexington I would have! Sarah and Tori in the office are complete sweet hearts as well. I would definitely recommend this place and even sent my brother here who currently lives here now! If I ever am living back in Georgetown this is the first place I would go!

This was my 2nd apartment in USA and i lived here for about 3 years and no complains at all. The management team, Sara, Tori and Alen, these 3 guys were simply awesome. They always try their best to keep the complex up to date and help you in best possible way. In terms of rent , it had the best rent possible in the neighborhood. Location was perfect, just next to recreation center, Walmart and just 2 mins to hit the highway and 8 minutes from Toyota. I would re-command this apartment to any one looking apartment in this area,
