Had a nice stay before an early morning flight out of Geneva airport. The walk from the hotel is about 15 minutes, so if you don't have a ton of luggage, it is extremely convenient. Staff was friendly, also provided a Geneva transport card that allows you to travel in the city on public transport for free. Even at 5 am in the morning they had a basket of croissants for travelers!

This hotel is basically operating as a Chuck E Cheese. Kids taking over the pool, lobby, and hallways with running, football games, and pizza parties. If they don't have parents, the hotel needs to be managing the property as a hotel not a party rental location.
Happy Birthday banners hung in the hotel lobby is NEVER acceptable. This is a public lobby space, not a place for a birthday party that is disruptive to every other hotel guest. The management should be severely embarrassed at this property.

Wife and I stayed here over the weekend for a little staycation cause it had a jacuzzi suite, I put that in quotes cause Im not sure I have ever seen a tub so small, its maybe big enough for one person (a short person) but def. not big enough for a couple so that was a huge let down, we didnt even bother using it. I am including a pic of me standing in this tub so you can see what I mean its like maybe 3/4 of the length of a regular shower/tub combo also oddly laid out in the room, not a great picture but I think you can see what I mean about the size. I dont give the hotel a lower score cause of this but I did want to warn others who may be looking for a budget option of a 2 person tub that its not a good option. Worth noting though that it does have a 2 person shower with double shower heads which def seemed designed with a couple mind but the tub fell short.
Breakfast was good for a chain hotel and all the staff we dealt with was very very kind and helpful, all very young but very pleasant and friendly and clean and presentable, which was refreshing (may seem odd to mention but so many places have young staff that lack a professional look and it does matter IMO when youre the face of a business).
Area was nice, close to the city where everything is but in a more suburban feeling area that felt safe coming and going at night. Honestly not sure the safety of the Geneva area in general but I dont love staying in the downtown of any area so I liked the location and restaurants, grocery stores and stuff were all close by.

Stayed on two separate weekends with my boyfriend. Had an amazing experience. Beautiful hotel. Very convenient location. Short drive to downtown.
