Amazing massage! I don't get them often but I will definitely be back!

I’ve had many massages over the years and this was the best and most thorough one I’ve ever had. I suffer with migraines and she helped get rid of my three day migraine during my massage and gave me suggestions to do at home to prevent and help them. I will be returning and having routine massages. She does not stay in her business all day if she has no massages scheduled that day, due to her living so close by. So if you show up during normal business hours and the door is locked, she is either in a session (she locks the door while she’s with you) or she is at home. Just give her a call to find out if she’s available!

Made an appointment for my girlfriend and I. Her at noon, mine at 1. Received a confirmation of my appointment requests, a confirmation of the appointments, and even appointment reminders. Drove out, door was locked, sign was off. Called the number, she said she wasn't in and she 'text' to let us know. Neither of us received a message, even got emails thanking us for coming in for our appointments, and requesting us leave a positive review about our experience 🤣 I am sure the system automatically sends these out, but you should not have it set to auto confirm appointment requests if you are not available. Also. Calling to cancel a clients appointment would be much more professional/effective than a text. That way you can ensure they received the message. I even checked our emails just to see if the cancellation messages got sent there. That's how I found the email saying "We hope you enjoyed your appointment, thanks for your time. Please leave positive feedback on google reviews."
I understand being sick, however the complete lack of professionalism is inexcusable. Would not recommend to anyone.

Made an appointment online. Said it was opened. I got a booking message and a reminder text message. Drove 35 minutes to get there to have it closed. Called her up and she said she was sick and that she had texted me which was not the case. Call before going I guess ðŸ’
