      image All in all a decent enough store. They. Chose to close the branch in Petoskey which was my normal stop. Since then I've had to go elsewhere for most of my needs and when I do stop by the Gaylord store there usually is some kind of issue that costs me time. Starting with pulling in to the parking area where some self important person parks in a no parking area with a little vw and you can't navigate your truck into the parking space without going back and forth to avoid it. Their choice of software has ALWAYS been an issue that causes me delays and it seems that they never learn.

      Thank you for taking the time to post a review and also for your 30 years of business. Racing Nitrous Oxide (Nitrous Plus) is under much stricter control now than it was just one year ago. In recent months and years there have been multiple incidents across the country resulting in bodily injury and death due to improper procedures when using the product both at the track and while transfilling. While many industrial gas suppliers do sell this product, we have taken extra measures to ensure the safety of our customers such as requiring specific insurance coverage and reviewing the customer’s business to make sure that it is a certified vehicle maintenance establishment. We typically will not sell this hazardous product to individuals who transfill for resale or do not meet other requirements, including specific insurance coverage. I believe you are currently operating as a pawn shop, so at this time we are unable to sell you this product. If you believe that you do carry the necessary liability coverage and meet the other requirements, please reach back out and we can take a fresh look at your request. Thank you!
