I recently hit a deer, totaling my car. During an incredibly stressful situation, auto owners was there to help without any delays .
I was able to tow my vehicle at no cost to the body shop of my choosing.
While it was in the shop being evaluated they covered a rental car for me.
In less than a week they determined it was a total loss . And I personally believe they gave me more than a fair value of my vehicle .
I do wish they would have covered the rental for another week while I needed to acquire a new vehicle, but that is my only complaint .
My claim representative was in constant contact with me , and explained every step as we went. It only took 4 days from the time they deemed it a total loss to my loan being paid off and being able to pick up a check from their office .
