Staff is amazing and knowledgeable, wait times are absolutely unreasonable. Have had 2 visits, both scheduled for 2:20 p.m., but don't get taken back until 3:00 or later. If the appointment is for a scheduled time and I am 10 minutes early as requested, why am I taken back late? Annoying and inconvenient. Do not recommend

I had a BL BA 2 weeks ago with Dr. Butala. He is amazing. He took the time to listen to my goals and gave me exactly what I wanted. So far my results have well exceeded any expectation I had! His bedside manner is wonderful and he seems to truly care about you as his patient. I was skeptical about having plastic surgery with a doctor in Gastonia, but I highly recommend Dr. Butala. In the future if I ever need/want a procedure that he performs I will go no where else. His surgical team was wonderful as well. Everyone made this journey so easy. Dr. Butala was the acting surgeon, but your only as good as your team. I wish I could remember other names from the operating room, but I can only remember Noah the anesthesiologist. I was terrified of the being put under with a tube shoved done my throat but he was perfect! This team did not disappoint!

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! After 4 visits and 2 surgeries on my face Dr. Hutchinson did a awful job on me! I just recently had to go to a plastic surgeon to fix the spot on MY FACE THAT DR.HUTCHINSON DID SURGERY ON 2 TIMES!!!! DONT GO TO THIS DR! OVER CHARGED AND NEEDS MORE TRAINING IN WHAT SHES DOING!!
