Dont try to book a grooming appointment here. Their staff is unreliable and do not show up for their shifts. I scheduled a grooming appointment for my puppy three weeks ago for 4/1 at 10AM. Someone called at 9:35AM while I was on my way to the appointment to tell me that the groomer did not show up for her shift. I rescheduled for 4/8 at 5PM with a different groomer (Kathleen). Kathleen called the morning of 4/8 and left a voicemail to say that two people called out and she would not be staying until 5PM to take my dog. She acknowledged that my appointment had already been rescheduled once but did not offer a remedy. I will not be using this location for any services.

Great staff, clean store, awesome selection, groomers in the back do great work, good prices and lots of sales (use your phone number for a discount with an account), perfect location.
