Garner Store: I bought a new computer and all the files from the old one did not transfer to the new one. Santino did a great job of getting everything I needed on the new one. I was impressed by his knowledge and patience!

JOE BYRD - Geek Squad C.I.A. Agent at the Best Buy store in Garner NC was most helpful resolving a problem with the protective cover installed on my phone. Joe Byrd analyzed and determined the protective cover had become loose, causing inaccurate keypad selections as I typed.
Joe swiftly assessed and resolved my problem within 2 minutes!
