Randy has cut my boys; 5 and 2's hair now two times. He is consistent, good with the kids, and gives a great hair cut.

On 9/2/23 I called and asked if they were taking walk-ins a gentleman said yeah come right in. When I get there with my son for us both to get cut, theres no one at the front desk, but there is an employee that sees me and says nothing and I see another employee and make eye contact with near the back of the store sweeping and says nothing to me either. I sat there for 10 minutes with no one saying a word to me. But knowing Im there, and then I chose to leave. I thought it was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Have not one employee that sold me greeted me or got the front desk person or did the dang thing besides just look at me.
