This office canceled my policy after I set it up on auto payments on the app. I called 11/21 when I realized and they NEVER called back. I called and spoke to someone after leaving 4 messages and the woman that works there said she would have her brother (the agent) or her nephew call back guess what never did. I called for a month when I finally had my Husband call and guess what they called him back right away and set up a policy. We were never notified that the policy was canceled. This is completely unprofessional. Now our lean holder is going to charge us nearly 6k.
They are discriminating by not calling the woman back but getting right back to the man. Come on.
If this is sorted out Ill be leaving this office and giving my business to another agent.
On top of all of that she is a liar! She couldnt find my old policy the other day but found it incredibly easily today.

If I could use negative stars I would. We have been trying for over a week to speak with the agent. Every time we call the female who answers the phone is very rude. She has hung up on us twice. Today she told us an absolute lie. If James Walker wants to have business turned away daily, he can keep her. If hes looking to gain more clients, he needs to fire her. Complete lack of professionalism, she hangs up while you are speaking, and now she lies to potential new customers!!! If James Walker would like more details, I would love to provide them!!!!!
