HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. I filed tax return here last year, but last month I receive IRA notice saying that I didn't file tax return... the old lady in the office gave me a weird excuse, and I even went to the post office myself, and I sent the tax return with the address she gave. This month I still get the IRA notice saying that they are STILL NOT RECEIVING my tax return ! The office only reply me : mail the copy of your tax return again with the notice. They are not responsible. Worst experience here
