Useless company how can they be aloud to even operate, Totally useless these people can't even diagnosed an AC problem. Beware people total scam, go elsewhere you have been warned. Service: A/C system maintenance

This company was assigned to fix our air through our home warrantee and not only did they blatantly not show, not communicate there was a scheduling mistake but also lied when the home warrantee company called them. It was scheduled first thing and received a confirmation. I phoned at 8:00am and he said they would be at my house in 20 minutes. I was home from work in the front room, front door open and there was no activity on my front door or driveway ring. Since they didnt show, I called and left a message at 9:30 am and tried again at 11am before calling American Fidelity. After an hour on hold, they called AGS who claimed there was no answer at 8:30 am when they came. Gurrrrrrr! If they cant be trusted to be honest or minimally communicate a scheduling mistake, I certainly cant trust their work. Needless to say, a complaint was filed with Fidelity. DO NOT USE! Service: HVAC system maintenance
