Great proximity to the water and awesome location. Awful staff. Rude, non-explanatory, and zero desire to be at work.

Rented a condo for a few days to relax and try the amenities. Main pool is fairly small with lots of kids. The main pool you can't bring in food or drinks. The sunset pool and lazy river is ok. The lazy river is pretty small. I've been to Jamaica Beach RV park that has a bigger lazy river. You can bring food, drinks, and alcohol in cans in this pool. Problem there is that the margarita moms and beer chugging dads come with their kids and then don't watch their kids being little jerks to other patrons in the pool. To me I'm just surprised the pool are so small. To me would be so much more enjoyable with bigger pools and a lazy river. There is a nice boardwalk apt to the beach, but I'd rather be poolside. Resultant was ok, typical bar food in my opinion. Overall Pointe West amenities were ok, not great for the price you pay to rent a condo.
