Ruth Hall has been the insurance agent for myself and my businesses for the last 21 years. She never failed to provide but the best service. She is very professional, friendly, prompt in her responses, provide excellent advise and accessible at all time for any question. She kindly processed a claim for roof replacement and prior to that a claim for auto repairs resulting from a deer accident. She was absolutely fantastic to have these claims submitted and paid. She followup on every step to ensure prompt payment. I can't thank her enough for the wonderful service she provided to me over the last 21 years
