We had an issue with the dimensions once the product arrived. I thought calling the number on the invoice would be the best option…it was not. Customer service was shockingly short-tempered and literally telling me that I was wrong because the warehouse said so. Lesson learned, I will keep what we have, use in another area and never order from them again. Very disappointing, especially in our new normal of ordering everything online.

Absolutely excellent customer service, above and beyond what was expected!!! I made a very costly mistake. Paul went out of his way to assist me and make it right. I highly recommend Decorative Films to everyone!!!

I had a professional installer that had issues with the product ripping. Due to the ripping they were only able to cover one of two windows I needed covered. I spoke to customer service and they said that wasn't covered by warranty and now I'm out over $150 by cautious of this company and product.
